I’m happy to be doing another GIVEAWAY!
Back in April, I shared with you a Disney Cruise gratitude journal (you can read the post here) designed and published by Theresa, one of my readers. Well, today she has graciously offered to host a giveaway and also share a second version of her journal that she recently created!
These journals are meant to be used before, during, and after a cruise. You could just use one journal for a family, but you might want to consider getting kids their own copies so that they don’t have to try and decide who gets to fill out which pages. I know when my kids were younger, they would have each wanted their own!
Like I said earlier, there are 2 versions of the journal and for this giveaway there will be FOUR winners! Each winner will win a pair of books, either the blue version or the the black version. I have 2 sets of each, and I will let each winner pick their version in the order that their names are drawn.
Here is some more information and the journals and each version:
The original, blue journal shown above is called “A Family Gratitude Journal Disney Cruise Fish Extender 7 Day Edition” and includes some pages about participating in the fish extender gift exchange. If you aren’t familiar with that, you can read all about it here. It was also designed for a 7 night cruise, but could be used for a shorter one as well. These would make great fish extender gifts! It is 132 pages, in a 5×8 paperback format. The first 30 pages are cruise oriented and designed for a 1-7 day cruise. The remaining pages are from Theresa’s book, “Family Gratitude Journal”, which is about being grateful, finding joy, and appreciating the little things. This version costs $9.99. Here is a sample of some of the pages:
The newer, black book shown below is titled “A Journal for your Disney Cruise Vacation” and contains most of the pages from previous version plus much more!
It’s divided up into pre-, during, and post-cruise activities, so that you can start using the journal as soon as you have your cruise booked. It’s useful to use for planning, by having a space to keep all your notes on – shopping lists, packing lists, calendar, etc. She’s designed this version to work for any length Disney cruise 1-14 days. There are maps, quizzes, quotes, conversation starters, daily activity and thoughts logs, blank journaling or doodling pages and more , plus it also contains a 34 page excerpt from the “Family Gratitude Journal”. It is 192 pages, in a 5×8 paperback format and costs $14.99.
Theresa has created a great video that talks about her new book and shows lots of sample pages which you can watch here:
All of Theresa’s journals can be purchased here on her Etsy shop, MoneyMattersLife:
If you want books that are customized, such as for a specific sailing or with a to/from written on the back, the author, Theresa, offers customize for a $50 fee.
To enter the giveaway, use the Rafflecopter below. Entries will be accepted until midnight (EST) Sunday night July 7, and the winner will be announced on Monday morning, July 8. To enter, you can leave an optional blog comment. You can click on “I commented” to enter the giveaway whether you comment or not, but I love hearing from you so feel free to leave a comment if you have the time!
Thank you Theresa and good luck!

These are such a cute idea! We were recently talking about keeping a summer journal for our 9yo to look back on! We leave for our Halloween on the High Seas cruise on October 11! It’s been 16yrs since I’ve been on a Disney cruise. My kids have no clue about it, I know they will just be ecstatic!!
